Kelton was born and raised in Springfield, Oregon.  He came to volunteer at Lowell because he has always loved small towns and close knit communities.  Kelton wanted to join the Fire Service because he believes in helping people when they need it most and serving the community in any way he can.  In his free time, he enjoys, creating art , studying history, volunteering , and spending time with his family.  He always looks forward to serving others and being part of the Lowell Rural Fire District.
